Quality AssuranceMuch emphasis is given to training which covers operational training and exposure to GMP and GLP. The employees are trained on GMP/GLP. Testing them as per well-defined specifications controls the input materials. Like wise well defined specifications and release procedures for semi finished and finished products exist. Quality assurance dept. monitors quality by carrying out in process testing during all stages of manufacturing.Standard Operating Procedures are available for different operations (Dept. wise)The assessment of effectiveness of quality management system is done by periodic inter departmental audit.Elements of Q.A. Self-Inspection:
A self inspection team comprising the Production Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Maintenacne Manager conduct Internal Audits as an established plan.
Review of Results:
Each production batch is reviewed by QA for completeness of manufacturing, analysis, Packing, IPQC, Yields, deviations etc. Prior to the release of the batch.
Assessment of Suppliers
The company maintains its own vendor audit and appraisal system to evaluate suppliers.
Stability Program
For new products first three batches are subjected to accelerated, intermediate and long-term stability studies as per requirement. The stability study will continue till one year after the proposed expiry date of products
Our Setup:
The manufacturing facilities of NATURE & TIME FORMULATIONS are located in SIDCUL Industrial Area (A zone dedicated to industry by Uttarakhand Government) in Pantnagar about 250 kms from Delhi.
The built up area is approximately 20000 sq. ft. Total built up area is divided into various sections as per WHO standards and GMP norms with AHU/HVAC units. Separate AHU/HVAC units are provided for every room to ensure that no atmospheric air comes in direct contact with the product and thus a high level of standard and appropriate class of clean air is achieved.
We have a well equipped manufacturing unit which is outfitted with the latest version of manufacturing and processing machines.
